Holistic Massage

The word “holistic” comes from the Greek word “holos”, meaning “whole”. So a holistic massage focuses not only on the physical aspect, but on the mental and spiritual aspect as well. Nowadays many therapies focus on either or, so going back to holistic therapies can help bring back harmony across mind, body and soul.

What can I expect from a Massage Session?

Before we begin we would go through a consultation to establish any areas of tension or concern, as well as any relevant medical history that could affect the treatment.

During the massage we will work on the back, legs, feet, arms, abdomen, arms, face and scalp for total relaxation (fear not, if you're ticklish some areas can absolutely be skipped!)

Some of the benefits of a massage session are listed below, but be also prepared for a bit of soreness, fatigue, or the need to run to the loo a little more often as your body gets rid of built up toxins!
